IILA – International Italian-Latin American Organization, with the contribution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy (DGCS/MAECI), and the collaboration of the Adams Experimental Photography Center, launches the fifteenth edition of PHOTO IILA, an award aimed at emerging Latin American photographers up to 40 years of age.
