The <strong>University of Rome La Sapienza<\/strong> confirmed its world <strong>record\u00a0<\/strong>in the subject<strong>\u00a0Classics and Ancient History\u00a0<\/strong>with a score of\u00a099.5, higher than last year, and\u00a0the national one in two thematic areas: <strong>Arts &amp; Humanities and Natural Sciences<\/strong>, respectively in 44th and 61st place\u00a0in the world.<br><br>Among Italian universities, La Sapienza is the university that has recorded <strong>the greatest improvement<\/strong>, with an overall increase of 21%. The University is the<strong> most represented Italian university<\/strong> in the ranking with 47 subjects\u00a0(last year there were 43), distributed across all 5 areas, for a total of 52 points acquired.<br><br>New for Sapienza in the 2024 ranking is the introduction of the subject <strong>Data Science and Artificial Intelligence<\/strong>, in which the University ranks 46th in the world and first at a national level.<br><br>Sapienza is positioned among<strong> the top 50 universities in the world<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a08 subjects\u00a0and among the top 100 in the world in 25 subjects (last year there were 21).
