The largest construction site in Europe offers innovation, safety and sustainability, relaunching the role and human presence in one of the largest “internal areas” of the country: the central Apennines. From the mitigation of climate change to the development hypotheses to relaunch the role of Italian villages, focusing on the relaunch of agriculture as well as on the new evolution of the digital revolution: in nine chapters the Commissioner for reconstruction and regeneration after the 2016 earthquake outlines the lines to re-establish a contemporary Apennines rich in age-old art and culture and open to new networks, physical and virtual.
