On January 21st, at 3.00 pm, the EU-LAC Global Gateway Investment Agenda <\/strong>(GGIA) conference will take place at the IILA headquarters in Rome, the 45 billion euro investment plan presented by the European Union during the third EU-EU summit CELAC.\u00a0 The GGIA aims to strengthen ties with Latin America and the Caribbean through strategic interventions in the energy, digital, transport, environment, health and education sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference is organized by CeSPI, the Center for Studies on Federalism and the IILA – Italian Latin American International Organization, and will be an opportunity to examine the state of implementation of the GGIA, its prospects and the challenges to be overcome to achieve the objectives set for 2027, while promoting a positive social and employment impact in connection with the EU Inclusive Societies programme, of which IILA and AICS are among the implementing bodies for Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institutional and business representatives and experts will discuss the opportunities for Italian companies and their possible role.<\/p>\n\n\n
