The event, with free admission while places last, is set for\u00a05pm\u00a0and will offer an extraordinary musical experience, thanks to the performance of the prestigious\u00a0Parkview Wind Ensemble, directed by maestro\u00a0<strong>Carlos Franco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The repertoire chosen for this special Christmas evening will lead the audience on an emotional journey through winter sounds and the great musical tradition, with songs ranging from the delicate harmonies of\u00a0Snowscape\u00a0by Randall Standridge to the majesty of\u00a0What God Ordains Is Always Good\u00a0and\u00a0O My Soul, Be Glad And Joyful\u00a0by J.S. Bach. There will be intimate and reflective moments with\u00a0Winter Milky Way\u00a0by Yukiko Nishimura and the infectious energy of\u00a0You Better Sleigh\u00a0by JaRod Hall, as well as evocative performances by chamber groups that will enrich the evening with the warmth of festive music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;Parkview Wind Ensemble, renowned for its artistic excellence, represents a model of music education of the highest caliber. With a mission that goes beyond the arts, Parkview High School&#8217;s music program aims to transform students&#8217; lives through music, developing character, identity and leadership. The lineup has performed at prestigious events such as the 2023&nbsp;National Concert Festival, presented by YAMAHA, and the 2024&nbsp;GMEA In-Service Conference&nbsp;in Athens, Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ensemble will be directed by&nbsp;Carlos Franco, originally from Caracas, Venezuela. Trained in the famous&nbsp;National System of Youth Orchestras of Venezuela, Franco continued his journey in the United States, earning a degree in Music Education at the University of Florida.
