{"id":11232,"date":"2024-12-05T12:03:30","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T12:03:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.romeinternational.it\/en\/?post_type=mec-events&#038;p=11232"},"modified":"2024-12-05T12:03:31","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T12:03:31","slug":"festival-di-nuova-consonanza","status":"publish","type":"mec-events","link":"https:\/\/romeinternational.it\/en\/events\/festival-di-nuova-consonanza\/","title":{"rendered":"Festival di Nuova Consonanza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At the <strong>Mattatoio di Roma &#8211; La Pelanda on Saturday 7 Decembe<\/strong>r (6 pm) for the Festival di Nuova Consonanza the world premiere of Isaac, the imperfect son, a chamber opera with music and subject by Andrea Portera on the figure of Isaac, in an original reinterpretation of our times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freely adapted from the book <strong>Isacco, il figlio imperfetto<\/strong> (Isaac, the imperfect son) by Gianni Marmorini, it is directed by Portera himself together with Keith Ferrone, the voice of singer Valentina Coladonato (Sarah), actress Giusy Signoretta (Agar), dancer and choreographer Keith Ferrone in the role of Isaac, and the participation of Laura Artusio (Rebecca). Vittorio Ceccanti conducts ContempoArtEnsemble, a group dedicated to the careful interpretation of modern-day music, flanked by the Animae Voces Choir directed by Edoardo Materassi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Festival continues on <strong>Sunday 8 December<\/strong> with the concert (9 p.m.) that concludes Alessandro Sbordoni&#8217;s research residency \u2018<em>Comporre dialogante<\/em>\u2019 dedicated to the practices of musical improvisation.
