What to do in Rome on the weekend of June 15th and 16th? Here are some suggestions:
-Prima Festa Concert: on June 16th at the Ippodromo delle Capannelle "La Prima Festa" will be held, an event dedicated to younger people, promoted by Roma Capitale, together with Otrlive and Rock in Roma. The concert will open the curtain on a larger project which includes a competition for schools and university students to imagine the Rome of tomorrow with young people. Artistic director and headliner of the evening will be the Roman producer Carl Brave, who will close the event with his live performance. There will be Noemi, Ditonellapiaga, Lil Jolie, Caffellatte, Shama24k, Piccolo Principe and many others.

-Dance Festival: Sunday 16 June will be the last day of the Corpo Libero initiative - The Dance Festival, the event promoted by the Department of Culture of Rome Capital. In the wake of last year's success, the 2024 edition will focus on a widespread and inclusive celebration formula, which can welcome the public of all ages and types, in all 15 city municipalities and in the 29 public spaces involved.

-Pigneto Film Festival: the Pigneto Film Festival returns to Pigneto, the cinematographic event organized and produced by Preneste Pop and organized by Waldo Event. From Saturday 15 June until 22 June, all cinema enthusiasts in the most indie neighborhood of the capital. There are many films to see on Saturday and Sunday, find out more HERE.

-Artists for Gaza: the cultural and solidarity meeting "Artists for Gaza" will be held on Sunday 16 June at the City of the Other Economy (Città dell'altra economia) . It will be an evening to show solidarity with the tragedy that is being experienced in the Gaza Strip.

-Idea Cinema Festival: from 16 to 21 June 2024 the eighth edition of the IDEA Cinema Festival – International Women's Film Festival will be held at the Spazio Scena. The event is dedicated to women's cinema directed by Patrizia Fregonese de Filippo, who this year will have the actress Romina Caruana as godmother.
