White Night 2024 at Villa Medici, the French Academy in Rome with 16 fellows in residence. Installations, opening of artist studios, projections, readings and performances by Villa Medici scholarship holders: Haig Aivazian, Bianca Bondi, Jérôme Clément-Wilz, Nicolas Daubanes, Abdessamad El Montassir, Alessandro Gallicchio, Amalia Laurent, Pierre-Yves Macé, Clovis Maillet, Nicolas Sarzeaud, Claudia Jane Scroccaro, Seynabou Sonko, Ana Vaz, Pierre Von-Ow, Lise Wajeman, Louisa Yousfi. Notte Bianca 2024. Scheduled for Thursday 28 November from 6pm to midnight with free entry, but reservations required.
In the heart of autumn, the Notte Bianca celebrates contemporary creation by showcasing the work of the sixteen fellows in residence at Villa Medici in the fields of visual and plastic arts, music, literature and art history. On November 28, Villa Medici transforms into a place where contemporary art, heritage and landscape resonate in unison
