Urban metamorphoses. Sustainable cities and communities

The exhibition “Urban metamorphoses. Sustainable cities and communities” at the Museum of Rome in Trastevere. If you have the MiC Card, on 14 and 15 November at 4.30 pm, you can participate for free in the guided tours with the IILA Cultural Secretariat and the photographer Enrique Pezo – winner of the XIV PHOTO IILA Prize with the project “El fin del río”.

A unique opportunity to discover up close the best shots of the finalists and the current issues addressed by these young Latin American photographers: from the ancestral relationship between nature, man and his culture, to cities seen as custodians of collective and family memory; from the transformations of inhabited spaces to adaptation to new social contexts; from the struggle of active citizens to defend their territory to the open question whether contemporary cities are ready for sustainable development.
