Sustainable FOOD art
On May 5 at 6:30 p.m., the Austrian Cultural Forum Rome will open Sustainable FOOD art, a photography exhibition that invites reflection on sustainability and the food system. The exhibition, conceived by Stummerer and Martin Hablesreiter, aka honey & bunny , features large-format photographs, created in collaboration with photographers Ulrike Köb and Daisuke Akita, combined with video works by the two artists.
The exhibition will be opened with a panel to discuss socially and ecologically sustainable food with the audience. In addition to the two Austrian artists, Sonja Stummerer and Martin Hablesreiter, Maurizio Notarfonso (ENEA) and Lorenz Franken (FAO) will also participate.
A press release and an image are attached.
The opening is with free admission from 6 to 8 p.m. The exhibition will be open to the public from May 6 to July 18.
The exhibition, with free admission, will remain open to the public at the Austrian Cultural Forum Rome, Viale Bruno Buozzi 113, until July 18, 2025 (Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; closing days: May 29, June 2, 9 and 19 ).
