Presentation of the White Paper Value of Water 2024 and Blue Book 2024 – Integrated water service data
The meeting marks the conclusion of the fifth year of activity of the Water Value Community for Italy, the high-level discussion platform activated by The European House – Ambrosetti in 2019 which deals with the topic of water resource management as a driver of competitiveness and sustainable industrial development, to make proposals to the country system. The Community has the ambition to have a significant impact on the path of modernization and sustainable relaunch of the country system.
The event will be attended by the top management of the partner companies of the fifth edition of the Water Value Community for Italy (A2A, Acea, Acquedotto Pugliese, Hera, Iren, MM, SMAT, ANBI – National Association of Land and Irrigation Water Management and Protection Consortia , CVA – Compagnia Valdostana Acque, Deutsche Bank, Schneider Electric, Engineering, Xylem, Fisia Italimpianti – Webuild Group, IWS – Integrated Watercare Solutions, Impresa Pizzarotti, Europrogetti, Suez, Alfa Varese, Acqua Novara, Acque Bresciane, Barchemicals, Brianzacque, Como Acqua, Irritec, Livenza Tagliamento Acque, Maddalena, Padania Acque, Piave Servizi, RDR, Rina, SIT, Sorical, Sparkasse and SOTECO), the scientific partners of the Community (Utilitalia and Fondazione Utilitatis), the business leaders of the extended water supply chain in Italy and the relevant national and European institutions, called to discuss the current situation and the priorities for action for the extended water supply chain in Italy.
During the final event, the Community’s 2024 White Book and the Utilitatis Foundation’s Blue Book 2024 will be presented, as part of the Community’s scientific collaboration and partnership agreement with Utilitalia, the Federation that unites companies operating in the public services of the water, the environment, electricity and gas, and its Utilitatis Foundation, to further strengthen the development of contents and guarantee maximum visibility to the traditional moment of synthesis and comparison between industry, institutions and civil society in the context of World Water Day.
