Present time and literature
The third appointment of the Review “Present time and literature“, promoted by the Instituto Cervantes of Rome, is scheduled for Wednesday 31 May at 18.00.
The Sala Dalì in Piazza Navona 91 will welcome the reflections of the writers Carlota Gurt and Antonella Lattanzi in a meeting moderated by Maria Ida Gaeta who presents the event as “an exploration of the paradox of the writer who isolates himself from the world to be able to tell it better, writes in solitude a text which will then encounter the many solitudes of its readers, becoming a meeting place between the writer and the reader”.
The presentation on 31 May will be followed the day after, Thursday 1 June at 5.30 pm by the appointment with the Reading Club in which Carlota Gurt will meet readers and have a conversation with Patricia Toubes in the Maria Zambrano Library of the Instituto Cervantes, via di Villa Albani, 16 in Rome.
