Piano Concert by Anna Fedorova
In the concert that marks her debut at the Roman Philharmonic, pianist Anna Fedorova proposes a musical program that explores soundscapes rich in imaginative power. Each piece of Gaspard de la nuit by Ravel, in fact, possesses a vivid descriptive charm and a sense of mystery that also reverberates in the pieces extracted from El amor brujo by de Falla.
Closing the program are Musorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, composed in 1874 and inspired by the series of paintings created by the composer’s close friend, Viktor Hartmann.Pianist Anna Fedorova’s concert, which marks her debut at the Filarmonica Romana, presents a musical program exploring soundscapes that are rich in imaginative power.
