Literatures. Rome International Festival

LITERATURE International Festival of Rome is back, a historic event of the Roman Summer, promoted by the Department of Culture of Rome Capital, curated by the Library Institution of Rome Capital, with the organizational coordination of Zètema Progetto Cultura.

The Palatine Stadium, inside the Colosseum Archaeological Park, is once again the splendid setting of the Festival, with a format of five evenings with free admission: appointment on 7, 9, 11, 13 and 16 July at 9 pm (access to 8.30 pm, via di San Gregorio 30).

The title chosen for this edition is Questa è la Storia. Homage to Elsa Morante, a tribute to one of the greatest writers of the Italian twentieth century, Elsa Morante, fifty years after the publication of the novel La Storia. A novel that has had and continues to have extraordinary success with the public, which has been translated into many languages, and in which the protagonist, among others, is the city of Rome during the Second World War.
