KIDS, ART AND CULINARY
A unique book in which art is declined for the eyes, ears and palate.
This coming April 10 at 7 p.m., the Austrian Cultural Forum Rome presents RAGAZZI, ARTE E CULINARIA, the author’s cookbook, the brainchild of Hermann Rogger, created thanks to a charitable and generous commitment, animated by a sincere feeling of friendship that can be felt when reading the book.
Yes, because in addition to the recipes-strictly vegetarian and vegan-created by professional chefs together with children, the book is embellished with images of paintings by Rudolf Draheim, created especially for the publication. The German painter, who has been following a vegan diet for years, has presented his works in different classes, thus inspiring the children for their own poetic compositions that make them reflect on fundamental values such as awareness, gratitude, respect, and friendship.
Friendship that resonates with the charitable purpose of the cookbook, the proceeds of which are donated to “Kinderhilfe Potsdam e.V.,” which strives to provide children from disadvantaged families with a hot meal after school.
The five cooks involved include star chef Paul Ivic (Europe’s best vegetarian cook) and Hanspeter Sinner
