On 4 and 5 May 2024 Sens Eventi, in collaboration with the Botanical Garden Museum of Rome and the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei, organized the event entitled "Era di Maggio". The famous garden of Trastevere, Botonical Garden of Rome, will host a rich calendar of new events, for adults, children and floriculture enthusiasts, which will combine games and entertainment with culture to learn, having fun, together with the whole family.
700 years after the death of the Venetian explorer and writer, Sens Eventi has decided to pay homage to the most famous traveler of all time with guided tours, artistic installations, live music and workshops for adults and children with the aim of exploring , while remaining within the walls of the Botanical Garden, the East through the eyes of Marco Polo. The common thread of this edition of Era di Maggio dedicated to Marco Polo is the journey, and this theme will inspire the stage itinerary and the activities that visitors will carry out between the Palazzo Corsini Library and the Botanical Garden, accompanied by the musical suggestions of the young students of the Farnesina Music High School.
