Cybersecurity for banks and businesses: the impact of the DORA Regulation and the NISII directive

During 2024 and 2025, in a complex geopolitical context, with hybrid and often false flag attacks, and in the face of an increasingly sophisticated cyber criminal system capable of collapsing the information systems of even market leaders, companies and institutions are called to implement two important regulations to protect the European system: the Regulation on digital operational resilience for the financial sector (DORA) and the evolution of the Directive on the security of networks and information systems (NIS2).
