Reflection on the concept of “tradition” and the affirmation of the importance of intangible forms of culture are the basis of REFORMULARE LE TRADIZIONI. Culinary Innovation as Intangible Cultural Heritage, double appointment consisting of a Masterclass/Live Cooking and Meet & Greet Lecture by Chef Binta (Sierra Leone, 1984) at the Museo Delle Civiltà, which will take place respectively on 25 and 27 November 2022 at Palazzo Delle Arti and Popular Traditions (Piazza Guglielmo Marconi 8, Rome).
