2025 India Dialogue
The 2025 India Dialogue at IAI will examine India’s emerging role as a pivotal actor in reshaping connectivity, economic relations, and security architectures at a regional and global level. The event will consist of two panels. The first panel will explore the convergence between the Indo-Pacific and the “enlarged” Mediterranean region, addressing issues concerning maritime security, infrastructure development, and economic integration, while identifying concrete opportunities for greater cooperation across these strategic sectors. The second panel, will analyse how India’s rapid economic growth shapes its strategic posture both regionally and globally. Together, the two panels will assess the impacts of India’s on the regional order of Indo-Pacific, as well as on actors like Italy and the European Union.
