Social inclusion is a very delicate issue that concerns everyone very closely. The Zoomarine park has always implemented a series of heartfelt actions and gestures, such as a fundraiser dedicated to associations dealing with disabilities, free entry for disabled children, teenagers and adults. In three years, over 40 thousand euros have been donated and even young people with Down syndrome have been hired. With this aim, Differently Fun was born, the event created by Zoomarine and now in its fourth edition, which every year on 22 June brings together people and associations for a special day to experience to understand the true values. Pure fun, many initiatives, without forgetting the important experiences to discover animals and their biodiversity (each disabled person registered with the associations participating in the event and one of their companions is given a tour with the animals). For this 2024 edition, the general director Alex Mata strongly wanted to involve the protagonists of the magical musical “Abracadown”, directed by Francesco Leardini and Danilo Melandri, who after the great success recorded in the largest theaters in Rome, such as the Brancaccio and the Olimpico, they will be guests on stage to introduce the general public to the show that has also conquered audiences in various Italian regions. Great return then for “Scoppiati Different Band” our favorite band, the treasure hunt organized by the DELPHI association and finally archery with “Arcieri delle Torri”.
