Two weekends on the theme of astrology at the Trastevere Museum in Rome

In the first two weekends of July, exceptionally, the Museum of Rome in Trastevere (Piazza di Sant’Egidio, 1/b), hosts conferences and meetings on astronomical themes created by the astronomers of the Rome Planetarium and aimed at everyone.

In the Multimedia Room of the museum, on Saturdays and Sundays, at 11 and 17, visitors will have the extraordinary opportunity to travel between stars and planets, explore astronomical themes and venture out to discover the universe and the solar system amidst scientific explanations, history, art and mythological narratives.

An opportunity not to be missed, offered in an unusual context rich in history such as the Museum of Rome in Trastevere, which in this period is also hosting the suggestive Peggy Kleiber photographic exhibition. Every day of life (photographs 1959-1992) and the interesting documentary exhibition I Romanisti. Cenacles and artistic life from Trastevere to the Trident 1929-1940.
From 6 July, the extraordinary Philippe Halsman photographic exhibition will also open to the public. Flash of genius, dedicated to one of the most original and enigmatic portraitists of the twentieth century.
