Health and Safety: the impact of epidemics on European and global security
The objective of the event is to examine the link between health and safety with particular regard to the relevance of the epidemic/pandemic risk for European and global security. Experts and policy-makers will discuss the role of the various actors involved in global health governance and the international cooperation initiatives necessary to effectively address global health threats such as pandemics. An IAI study on these topics will be presented and discussed during the event.
