Zètema Progetto Cultura Museum Services. What were Napoleon’s tastes at the table? Did he really love chicken a la Marengo so much and kept modern instant bouillon cubes within reach at all times? From the simple culotte bouillie to the all-cream millefeuille, there are so many dishes associated with Bonaparte’s name. So why not try cooking his favorite dishes according to the menus of an imperial label? Take a recipe base, a sprinkling of history, a few bon ton staples and a dash of anecdotes: voila, the book is served! Bon appétit!
