To mark the occasion, an event dedicated to the traditional symbol of the holiday – the Easter egg – will be held at the Russian House in Rome.\n\n\n\nOn Friday, April 11 at 6:30 p.m., artisans from the world-famous “Gzhel” Union will introduce viewers to Orthodox customs and folk traditions related to Easter eggs, tell about the symbolism in Russian gzhel-style designs, talk about the latest trends in the development of ceramic painting and various techniques of egg decoration.\n\n\n\nThe main painter of the “Gzhel” Union, Tatyana Sivova, will draw an Easter egg in real time.
